How Nadbook Works

Curated UAE marketplace, contact-first model, no platform fees. Here's the four-step flow.

1. Browse vetted specialists

Filter by category — automation, AI agents, ads, SEO, GEO, web, branding, Amazon UAE, VAT. Every seller is curated. No drop-shippers, no spam.

2. Book a consult

When you find the right fit, book them through WhatsApp, phone, or email — straight from the listing. No middleman, no waiting on tickets.

3. Agree the work

Discuss scope, timeline, and price directly with the seller. They invoice you under their UAE entity. You can request a written scope before payment.

4. Get the work done

Once you're happy, leave a review. Your feedback helps the rest of the UAE business community pick the right specialist next time.

Frequently asked

Why is Nadbook contact-first instead of escrow?

Most UAE business engagements are repeat or relationship-based, not one-off micro-transactions. Escrow adds platform overhead without adding trust. Contact-first lets buyers and sellers form direct relationships — and keeps the rates fair.

Do you take a commission?

No commission on the work itself. We curate the directory; the engagement is between you and the partner. Future: we may offer optional paid tier for sellers (verified badge, featured placement) — but the baseline marketplace stays fee-free for buyers.

How are sellers vetted?

New seller applications are reviewed by our team — UAE trade license, portfolio of UAE work, references, and where applicable, a short interview. We don't list everyone who applies. The bar is curated, not open.

What if a seller doesn't deliver?

Tell us. We act on credible reports — partners with patterns of unresponsiveness or poor delivery are removed from the directory. Reputation in a curated marketplace is the strongest enforcement mechanism, and it works.

Do you handle disputes?

We facilitate, we don't arbitrate. If something goes wrong, we'll help connect both sides and reach a resolution where possible. Major UAE business engagements typically have written scopes you can fall back on — we recommend always agreeing scope in writing before payment.
