Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 May 2026
These Terms govern your use of Nadbook (the "Platform"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], UAE trade licence [LICENCE NUMBER]. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms.
1. What Nadbook is
Nadbook is a curated, contact-first directory. We introduce buyers to vetted freelancers and agencies. We are not a party to any agreement between a buyer and a seller, we do not take commission on the work, and we do not process payments or hold funds in escrow.
2. No escrow — engage at your own discretion
Because engagements happen directly between buyer and seller, you are responsible for agreeing scope, price, and payment terms, and for your own due diligence. We recommend a written scope and a UAE tax invoice before payment. The Platform does not guarantee any seller's work, availability, or outcome.
3. Seller vetting
Sellers are admitted by an admin-reviewed application that may include a UAE trade licence, GoFreelance permit, or Emirates ID where applicable. "Vetted" means we review applications before listing — it is not a warranty of any seller's licensing, qualifications, or conduct. Always confirm a seller's credentials directly.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, post unlawful or misleading content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to circumvent security. We may suspend or remove accounts and listings that breach these Terms.
5. Content & reviews
You are responsible for content you publish, including reviews, which must be genuine and based on a real engagement. We may remove content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise violates these Terms or UAE law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, the Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from any engagement between a buyer and a seller.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of [EMIRATE], UAE.
