I manage paid advertising on both Amazon.ae and noon for sellers based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and across the UAE. On Amazon that means Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns structured by product line, with exact, phrase, broad, and auto campaigns feeding each other. On noon, I run the noon ads platform - sponsored search placements that most UAE sellers leave on default settings, which is exactly why well-managed noon campaigns often deliver cheaper clicks than the same keywords on Amazon.ae.

The weekly routine is built around your search-term reports: harvesting converting customer search terms into exact-match campaigns, pushing negative targeting on terms that burn AED without orders, and adjusting bids by placement (top of search vs product pages). I optimize to ACoS targets agreed per product line, and track TACoS so you can see how ads affect total revenue, not just attributed sales.

Ads only convert as well as the listing behind them, so I flag listing-ad mismatches as part of the service: titles missing the keywords you bid on, weak main images, missing backend search terms, and price points out of line with the Amazon.ae or noon category. AED bid strategies are set per marketplace - the same SKU often needs a different bid ceiling on noon than on Amazon.
