I create custom Arabic lettering and calligraphy for brands that want their Arabic name to look designed, not defaulted. Depending on the feel you need, I work in classic and modern styles: Kufi for geometric, architectural marks; Thuluth for elegant, flowing ceremonial pieces; and Diwani for ornate, expressive compositions. You don't need to know the terminology — share references you like and I'll recommend the style that fits your brand, then draw the lettering by hand and refine it as clean vector artwork.

A large part of this work is Arabic logo adaptation: taking an existing English wordmark and designing an Arabic counterpart that carries the same personality — matched stroke weight, x-height balance and spacing — so the pair reads as one brand on bilingual signage. I also build matching Arabic and Latin type pairs for ongoing use, and supply RTL layout rules: how alignment, numerals, punctuation and icon direction should flip when a design moves from English to Arabic. Every piece goes through a cultural review pass to confirm the lettering reads correctly and carries no unintended meaning before you print anything.
