AWS Cost Optimization & Well-Architected Review

If your AWS bill keeps climbing and you are not sure what is driving it, this review cuts the waste and de-risks the architecture. I run a read-only audit of your account using Cost Explorer, AWS Compute Optimizer and Trusted Advisor, then deliver a clear breakdown of where the money goes and what to do about it: right-sizing over-provisioned EC2 and RDS, Savings Plans and Reserved Instance recommendations, cleanup of idle and orphaned resources, S3 and EBS storage tiering, and a Well-Architected Framework review across the cost, performance, reliability, security and operational pillars.

For UAE businesses, I factor in me-central-1 (UAE) region pricing and data-residency considerations so recommendations fit where your workloads actually run for customers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Every recommendation is quantified in AED so you can see the monthly saving and prioritise the changes that pay back fastest.

This differs from my AWS Setup & Architecture service, which provisions a new environment from scratch. This gig reviews and optimizes an existing account you already run — it is a health check and savings plan, not a build.

How it works

   You grant a read-only IAM role; I review the account with Cost Explorer, Compute Optimizer and Trusted Advisor — nothing is changed.

   Findings + savings model

   I deliver the cost breakdown, right-sizing and Savings Plan recommendations, each with its AED saving.

   Remediation plan

   You get a prioritised action plan; I can apply the changes once you approve them.
