Custom and modular exhibition stands for Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), ADNEC in Abu Dhabi and Expo City venues — GITEX Global, Arab Health, Gulfood, The Big 5, WETEX, ADIPEC, Beautyworld and INDEX. From a 3x3 shell-scheme upgrade to a double-decker custom island build, I deliver 3D concept design and photoreal renders, full fabrication (joinery and laser-cut branding, large-format printed graphics, lighting, AV screens and truss, raised flooring, lockable storeroom and furniture), and on-site build, dressing, show-day support and dismantle. I also prepare the design and method statements for the organiser's and venue's technical approval and manage the contractor crew, so you arrive to a finished, switched-on booth rather than a half-built shell. Every stand is planned around your goals — lead capture, live product demo, a hospitality and meeting zone, or a hero brand statement — and graphics are produced brand-accurate in English and Arabic. Budgets are scoped in AED against the stand size and feature level, itemised before fabrication so there are no surprises on show day.

Practical details matter at a UAE show: I work to the organiser's stand-build manual and deadlines, handle the rigging, electrical-load and height submissions the venue requires, and plan logistics around the tight DWTC and ADNEC build-up and breakdown windows when hundreds of contractors share the halls. Reusable modular systems are an option for brands that exhibit several times a year, cutting the cost of the next show, while custom builds give a standout presence for a flagship event. I keep your stand assets and graphics on file so a follow-up show is faster and on-brand. One honest note: venue and organiser technical approval is their decision and timeline — I prepare a compliant submission and manage it, but cannot guarantee sign-off dates. This gig is the full stand design, fabrication and build service; standalone printed pieces such as roll-up banners and backdrops are a separate, smaller large-format service, so the two never overlap.
