About This Service

Microsoft Power Automate & 365 Automation for UAE Companies

A huge share of UAE companies — especially in corporate and government-adjacent sectors in Abu Dhabi and Dubai — already run on Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel and Azure AD. What most of them don't realise is that the licence they already pay for includes Power Automate rights. Instead of buying yet another automation tool, I build the automation inside the 365 ecosystem you already own — so there is no new subscription, no new vendor review, and your data never leaves your tenant.

Typical builds: approvals in Teams for leave, expenses and purchase requests; SharePoint document workflows for contract review and versioned sign-off; Outlook automations that file attachments and log invoices into Excel or SharePoint lists; Power Apps light forms for field staff; and onboarding or offboarding flows connected to your Azure AD users and groups. Every cloud flow is documented and handed over so your IT team can own it.

To be clear about scope: my Business Process Automation gig is tool-agnostic — it audits a process and picks whatever stack fits. This gig is for mainland and free-zone organisations that have already standardised on Microsoft and want the work delivered specifically with Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams and the rest of the 365 stack, inside their own tenant.

What's included

  • Power Automate cloud flows — Built, tested and documented in your own Microsoft 365 tenant
  • Teams approval workflows — Leave, expense and purchase approvals answered directly inside Teams
  • SharePoint document automation — Contract review, sign-off routing and version-controlled libraries
  • Outlook & Excel automation — Attachment filing, invoice logging and scheduled report refreshes
  • Power Apps light forms — Simple data-capture apps for staff who live on their phones
  • Licence-fit review — Confirmation of what your existing 365 plan covers before anything is built

How it works

  1. 1
    Tenant & licence review

We look at your 365 plan, connectors and the processes eating the most staff time, and confirm what your existing licence already covers.

  2. 2
    Design the flows

Each automation is mapped on paper first — triggers, approvers, exceptions — and signed off before build.

  3. 3
Build & test in your tenant

Flows are built in your environment with a test run involving the real approvers, not a demo tenant.

  4. 4
    Handover & training

Admin documentation plus a live Teams training session so your team can maintain and extend the flows.
