Government liaison (PRO) and document attestation handled end to end so you skip the queues at the typing centres: trade-licence and establishment-card renewals with DET, MoHRE labour transactions through Tasheel, GDRFA immigration transactions through Amer, visa stamping support, and full document attestation and legalisation through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) — degree certificates, marriage and birth certificates, police clearance and commercial documents, including the apostille and MoFA chain for documents going abroad. Ideal for companies without an in-house PRO who still face constant renewals and labour transactions, and for individuals who need certificates attested for a residence visa, family sponsorship or overseas study and work.
Each task runs through a specific channel and I know which one: a new employee's offer and contract go through MoHRE via Tasheel, a dependant's visa or status change goes through GDRFA via Amer, a degree earned abroad needs attestation by the issuing country and its UAE embassy before MoFA legalisation, and a UAE-issued document headed overseas needs the MoFA-to-embassy chain or an apostille for Hague Convention countries. I track every step, keep you updated rather than leaving you guessing, and handle the typing-centre work across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah in English and Arabic. Coordination starts at AED 1,000, on-demand or on a retainer; the government and typing-centre fees are set by the authorities and itemised in AED per task before I begin.
This is ongoing PRO and attestation work — the running paperwork of an established company or individual. It is not company formation: if you need to set up the entity in the first place, mainland DET or free zone setup is a separate gig I offer. Here, I keep your existing licence, visas and documents current and compliant, whether as a one-off or a monthly retainer.
