Property Finder & Bayut API / XML Feed Integration

Engineering that connects your website or CRM to the UAE property portals: I build and maintain the Bayut/dubizzle and Property Finder XML and PropertyHub feeds, push listings out automatically, and pull leads back in through webhooks so an enquiry hits your CRM the moment a buyer submits it. The hard part of portal integration is never the happy path — it is the field mapping (property type, completion status, RERA and Trakheesi permit numbers, the portal's own location tree), image handling and ordering, deduplication, and the validation rules each portal enforces. Get a permit field or a location ID wrong and the listing silently fails to publish; I map every field to each portal's required schema and add monitoring so failures alert you instead of disappearing.

Beyond one-way publishing, I build true two-way sync: a website-to-portal pipeline where a listing entered once on your site or CRM goes live across Bayut, dubizzle and Property Finder, and lead webhooks that route portal enquiries straight into PropSpace, Property Finder's CRM, Zoho, HubSpot or a custom system in real time — the foundation that makes fast speed-to-lead possible. For developer and aggregator sites I also build a custom listings API with clean, documented endpoints. This is reliable, automated portal plumbing for brokerages and proptech teams who are tired of manual re-entry and silent publish failures. Integration starts at AED 3,000 depending on how many portals are connected and whether lead webhooks and website sync are in scope.

This gig is the integration and engineering layer. Configuring the CRM itself — pipelines, automations, agent training and the RERA data structure inside the system — is my separate PropSpace / Real Estate CRM Setup service, and a full off-plan launch funnel with landing pages and paid-ad capture is my Off-Plan Sales Funnel service. Both sit on top of this plumbing; this gig makes the data actually flow.
