I produce dimensioned shop-drawings and a photo-realistic mock-up placed on an actual photo of your unit, fabricate in acrylic, brushed or powder-coated aluminium and stainless steel with energy-efficient LED modules, and coordinate the signage permit and installation so the fascia is compliant and switched on — not left to you to chase. Signage in Dubai generally requires a permit from Dubai Municipality (or the relevant emirate authority such as the free-zone or DDA for a fitted-out mall unit) and the sign text must match the name on your trade licence. I prepare the artwork, dimensioned drawings and supporting documents the authority asks for, submit through the approved channel, and manage the approval and install across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah for retail, F&B, salon, clinic and office fit-outs, in English and Arabic.
Materials and lighting are chosen for the UAE climate and for the look you want — crisp daytime faces and an even, glare-free glow at night using the right LED density behind diffused acrylic, with proper IP-rated drivers and safe, certified wiring so the sign lasts and passes inspection. I can also retrofit failing or yellowed signage to modern LED, replace damaged faces, and keep your approved artwork on file so a second branch matches the first. One honest note: permit approval is the authority's decision and timeline, not mine. I prepare a compliant submission and manage the process to give it the best chance, but I cannot guarantee a permit outcome or a fixed approval date. This gig is signage fabrication and install — it does not overlap with vehicle branding or large-format banner printing, which are separate services.
