Shopify B2B & Wholesale Store Setup for UAE Trade Sellers
I set up a proper Shopify B2B and wholesale operation — not a retail store with a discount code bolted on. Using Shopify's native B2B (on Plus) I configure company profiles, multiple buyers per company, and customer-specific catalogues and price lists, so each trade account in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah logs in and sees only the products and prices agreed with them. Wholesale tiered pricing, volume breaks, quantity rules and order minimums are all enforced at checkout, and gated B2B-only access keeps trade pricing hidden from the public storefront.
Many UAE brands sell both DTC and wholesale, so I can run a separate B2B experience and your direct-to-consumer retail on a single store — one catalogue, two pricing and access models — instead of paying for and maintaining two builds. I configure net-payment terms (Net 15 / 30 / 60) for approved trade customers, draft orders for offline and quote-based deals, and correct tax handling so your VAT treatment for registered trade buyers is applied consistently. For sellers on Basic or Advanced rather than Plus, I implement an equivalent wholesale setup using a vetted B2B app with the same tiered-pricing, minimums and gated-access logic.
This is intentionally distinct from a standard "Shopify Store Build (launch-ready, AED multi-currency)": that gig launches a polished DTC retail store for selling to consumers. This gig is the B2B / wholesale layer — company accounts, customer-specific price lists, quantity rules and trade terms — for a free-zone or mainland business that sells to other businesses and needs Shopify to behave like a real trade channel.
