Token Launch & Real-World-Asset Tokenization (UAE)

End-to-end token and real-world-asset (RWA) tokenization for UAE projects: tokenomics design, token-generation event (TGE) execution, and converting assets such as Dubai real estate, funds or commodities into compliant on-chain instruments. The work spans three layers that most providers handle in isolation - the technical build (smart contracts on EVM chains, vesting, KYC/whitelist gating, an investor dashboard), the structuring (a Special Purpose Vehicle with an off-chain legal wrapper and custody), and the go-to-market (liquidity strategy and listing preparation). A token only becomes investable when all three line up.

Dubai is positioning itself as a global RWA hub, with DLD-linked property tokenization pilots and a clear regulator in VARA, plus the ADGM framework in Abu Dhabi as an alternative. I align the build with VARA and ADGM expectations and coordinate the legal and compliance partners so the structure holds up: the SPV holds the underlying asset, the token represents an economic interest under an enforceable off-chain agreement, and transfer restrictions, accredited-investor checks and custody are wired in rather than bolted on. Tokenomics - supply, allocation, cliff-and-linear vesting, utility and emission - is modelled before a single line of contract code is deployed, so the economic design is defensible to investors. Engagements start at AED 15,000 for structuring and build; legal, audit and regulatory fees are separate and scoped in AED per project.

This is the structuring-plus-launch service. The underlying Solidity smart contracts can be taken as my standalone Smart Contract Development gig (audited, gas-optimised, verified on the explorer), and the regulatory licence itself is my separate VARA compliance service. Outcomes that depend on third parties - exchange listings, fundraising totals, secondary-market liquidity - are never guaranteed; I build a credible, compliant, investable launch, not a promise.
