About This Service

Website Redesign & Revamp for UAE Businesses

If your site looks dated, loads slowly on mobile or no longer reflects how your Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah business has grown, I rebuild it without throwing away the Google equity you already have. I redesign the visual layer in Figma, rebuild mobile-first on your existing stack (Next.js or WordPress), and push Core Web Vitals into the green using Lighthouse — faster LCP, stable layout and snappy interactions on the 4G phones most UAE buyers browse on.

The risky part of any revamp is losing rankings, so I treat it as a migration, not a teardown. Every old URL gets mapped to its new home with 301 redirects, content is migrated cleanly, GA4 is re-checked, and I verify indexing in Google Search Console after launch. Bilingual sites get correct hreflang for EN/AR so each language version is served to the right audience.

This is a revamp of a site you already have. If you need a brand-new site or a single landing page built from scratch, that is my separate from-scratch build service — this gig exists specifically to modernise and speed up an existing site while preserving its search rankings.

What's included

  • Visual design refresh — Modern, on-brand redesign in Figma before a single line changes
  • Mobile-first rebuild — Rebuilt responsive on Next.js or WordPress for UAE mobile traffic
  • Speed (Core Web Vitals) pass — Lighthouse-driven LCP, CLS and INP improvements
  • SEO-safe redirect map — Every old URL 301-mapped so rankings carry over
  • Content migration — Existing pages, images and copy moved across cleanly
  • GA4 + GSC verification — Analytics re-checked and indexing confirmed post-launch

How it works

  1. 1
    Audit the current site

I crawl your existing site, log every URL, benchmark Lighthouse scores and flag what's hurting speed and conversions.

  2. 2
    Redesign + rebuild

I redesign in Figma, get your sign-off, then rebuild mobile-first on Next.js or WordPress with the CWV fixes baked in.

  3. 3
Launch with redirects + GSC check

Go live with the 301 redirect map applied, then verify GA4 tracking and indexing in Google Search Console.
