WooCommerce Multi-Vendor Marketplace (Dokan / WCFM)

I build many-seller marketplaces on WooCommerce using Dokan or WCFM, the two leading multi-vendor engines. Each seller gets their own dashboard and storefront to add products, manage orders and track earnings, while you keep control of the platform. Vendor onboarding is self-serve with a verification step, and product moderation lets you approve listings before they go live. For founders in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, this is the platform model - a Noon- or Amazon-style marketplace where revenue comes from many vendors rather than your own inventory.

The commercial engine is the commission and payout setup. I configure split payments via Stripe Connect or PayPal so each order is automatically divided between vendor and platform, with your commission taken at the source and vendor payouts scheduled. Add reviews and ratings, per-vendor storefronts and the scaling and performance work a multi-seller catalog demands, and you have a marketplace that earns in AED on every sale across all sellers. I keep all setup aligned with current UAE e-commerce and VAT practice as a matter of best practice.

This is a marketplace platform, not a single shop. My separate WooCommerce Store Build gig is for one merchant selling their own products. Choose this gig when you want many independent sellers, vendor management, commission splits and payouts - the things a single-merchant store simply does not have.

How it works
