You cannot optimize what you cannot measure — and in my experience most Dubai and Abu Dhabi business websites are flying blind: a default GA4 property counting pageviews, no Google Tag Manager container, and ad platforms guessing at conversions. I build the measurement layer properly: a clean GA4 property with configured data streams, a structured GTM container, conversion events promoted to key events, and enhanced conversions feeding first-party data back to Google Ads.

Because UAE buyers rarely fill in forms — they tap the phone number or hit WhatsApp — I wire up call-click and WhatsApp-click tracking as first-class conversions, not afterthoughts. The setup also covers Meta Pixel plus the Conversions API for server-side signal, cross-domain tracking where your checkout or booking flow lives on another domain, and a Looker Studio dashboard so the numbers are readable by humans, not just analysts. Every tag is verified in GA4 DebugView and Tag Assistant before anything goes live.
