About This Service

Usability Testing & UX Heuristic Audit (UAE)

If your website or app is losing users at checkout, sign-up or a key flow, this service tells you exactly where and why. I run 5–8 moderated or unmoderated usability tests with real UAE users — recruited to match your audience in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah — alongside a Nielsen Norman 10-heuristic expert audit. You get a friction report that pinpoints every drop-off, ranks each issue by severity, and reports the task success rate per flow so the problems are measured, not guessed. Tests are run through tools like Maze and UserTesting, with English and Arabic flows covered so RTL screens are evaluated properly.

Each finding comes with an annotated screenshot, the observed behaviour, the heuristic it breaks, and a concrete, prioritised fix — so your designer or developer can act the same day. I focus on the moments that cost you conversions: confusing navigation, unclear forms, weak error handling, and mobile-specific friction that desktop reviews miss.

This gig differs from my UX Research & Wireframing service: that one researches and builds new flows from scratch, while this one evaluates an existing product you already shipped and reports the fixes — it is diagnosis, not creation.

What's included

  • Heuristic audit — Expert review against the 10 Nielsen Norman usability heuristics
  • 5–8 user tests — Moderated or unmoderated sessions with real UAE users (EN/AR)
  • Task success metrics — Measured task completion and drop-off rate per flow, not opinions
  • Prioritised fix list — Every issue severity-ranked so you fix the costly ones first
  • Annotated screens — Each finding marked on a screenshot with the recommended fix
  • 7-day delivery — Full report and recordings handed over within a week

How it works

  1. 1
    Define tasks

We agree the critical flows and the real tasks users will attempt — checkout, sign-up, search, booking.

  2. 2
    Test + observe

I recruit UAE testers, run the sessions in Maze/UserTesting, and capture where and why people struggle.

  3. 3
    Report + prioritise

You get the severity-ranked friction report with task success rates, annotated screens and prioritised fixes.
