UX Research & Wireframing

I help UAE founders and product teams design the right thing before a single line of code is written. Through UX research and wireframing — user interviews, competitor analysis, user personas, journey maps, information architecture, and low-to-mid-fidelity wireframes in Figma — I turn a vague idea into a clear, testable product blueprint that reduces costly rework later.

Deliverables include a research summary with key findings, user personas grounded in real UAE customer behaviour, end-to-end user flows, a sitemap and information architecture, annotated wireframes for every key screen (desktop and mobile), and a clickable Figma prototype for usability testing. I apply heuristic evaluation (Nielsen's principles), accessibility checks, and conversion best practices, and I account for UAE-specific context — bilingual English/Arabic flows, RTL layout considerations, local payment and onboarding habits, and WhatsApp-first communication patterns.

The output is a validated foundation your designers and developers can build on with confidence — fewer assumptions, fewer expensive pivots, and a product shaped around real user needs. Editable Figma files are yours to keep.
